Delivery Policy

At Hippo Crates, we offer delivery services for our meal plans to make healthy eating as convenient and accessible as possible.


Here are some important details about our delivery policy:


  1. Delivery areas: We currently deliver within the urban Queenstown area. The delivery route is as follows: Arthurs Point - Arrowtown - Lake Hayes Estate - Shotover Country - Frankton - Hanley's Farm - Jack's Point - Kelvin Heights - Queenstown - Fernhill. We do NOT deliver to offices or work places. If you're not sure if your location is within our delivery area, please contact our customer support team at info@hippocrates.co.nz for more information, BEFORE you order. 

  2. Delivery schedule: We deliver meal plans every Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Your specific delivery days will vary depending on your meal plan. 5 Day meal plans will receive deliveries on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 4 Day meal plans will receive deliveries on Sunday and Tuesday.

  3. Delivery times: We aim to deliver between 6pm and 8.30pm, but exact delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  4. Delivery fees: We offer $15.50 delivery for all meal plan subscriptions within our delivery areas. Collection from Industrial Fitness gym is free.

  5. Delivery instructions: To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide us with any special delivery instructions or access codes for your building or apartment complex. If your house is hard to find, please leave instructions. If you won't be home during the delivery window, please leave out a chilly bin with an ice pack or 2. Otherwise we will leave your delivery in the most suitable shaded spot (out of sight ideally).

  6. Delivery issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at info@hippocrates.co.nz as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.


Please note that our meal plans are delivered fresh and should be refrigerated promptly to maintain their quality and safety. We are not responsible for any meals that are not stored properly after delivery.

We only cook with beef tallow, butter, olive oil and coconut oil.

We sweeten with Raw Local Honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar.
